Delicious old-fashion egg salad.

Ingredients
- 6 Hard cooked eggs chopped
- 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup Finely chopped celery
- 1/2 tsp Dried minced onion
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions
- In a bowl, combine all ingredients.
- Taste egg salad and add additional mayonnaise, salt and pepper if needed.
