How to make it

  • Mix all ingredients; chill dough slightly.
  • Roll into balls, place on cookie sheet, press down with a spoon.
  • Bake at 350 degrees F. for approximately 16 minutes, until set and just golden brown on the edges.

    I grew up on these cookies! My younger sister would always stir up the dough and then would be "too busy" to bake them. She would stick the bowl in the frig and all of us ( I am one of six) would just help our selves to the dough. She would get so mad at us. . . Thanks for the post - makes me want to whip up a batch this weekend.
