Again.. the first time I had this was for dinner in Mexico.. they brought it with my lobster.. I asked how it was made and came up with this at home. It is so simple .. adjust the heat to your own taste. Its wonderful. Read more .. enjoy See less

Ingredients

1/2 C. butter, Softened shopping list
Grated Peel of One lime shopping list
The juice of One lime shopping list
2 tsp. red chili Flakes or chili powder to taste… we like lots.. Also very good with a serrano pepper minced as fine as you can shopping list
2 tablespoons cilantro minced small. shopping list

How to make it

Put all in your processor and whiz... DONE. Place in frig for at least an hour and up to 3 days..
It is awesome on corn on the cob and grilled seafood.. On the seafood put on AFTER you have removed it from the heat, as the butter can cause flair up..
