South Texas Lime Chili Butter Recipe

Again.. the first time I had this was for dinner in Mexico.. they brought it with my lobster.. I asked how it was made and came up with this at home. It is so simple .. adjust the heat to your own taste.
Its wonderful... enjoy

Ingredients
- 1/2 C. Butter, Softened
- Grated Peel of One Lime
- The Juice of One Lime
- 2 tsp. Red Chili Flakes or chili powder to taste… we like lots.. Also very good with a Serrano pepper minced as fine as you can
- 2 tablespoons cilantro minced small.
Directions
- Put all in your processor and whiz... DONE. Place in frig for at least an hour and up to 3 days..
- It is awesome on corn on the cob and grilled seafood.. On the seafood put on AFTER you have removed it from the heat, as the butter can cause flair up..
- Enjoy!
