South Texas Lime Chili Butter Recipe

	Linebb956 / All my dishes 2 years, 6 months ago Again.. the first time I had this was for dinner in Mexico.. they brought it with my lobster.. I asked how it was made and came up with this at home. Ingredients

1/2 C. Butter, Softened

Grated Peel of One Lime

The Juice of One Lime

2 tsp. Red Chili Flakes or chili powder to taste… we like lots.. Also very good with a Serrano pepper minced as fine as you can

2 tablespoons cilantro minced small.

Directions

Put all in your processor and whiz... DONE. Place in frig for at least an hour and up to 3 days..

It is awesome on corn on the cob and grilled seafood.. On the seafood put on AFTER you have removed it from the heat, as the butter can cause flair up..
