SOUTH TEXAS LIME CHILI BUTTER

- 1/2 C. butter, Softened shopping list
- Grated Peel of One lime shopping list
- The juice of One lime shopping list
- 2 tsp. red chili Flakes or chili powder to taste… we like lots.. Also very good with a serrano pepper minced as fine as you can shopping list
- 2 tablespoons cilantro minced small. shopping list
How to make it
- Put all in your processor and whiz... DONE. Place in frig for at least an hour and up to 3 days..
- It is awesome on corn on the cob and grilled seafood.. On the seafood put on AFTER you have removed it from the heat, as the butter can cause flair up..
- Enjoy!
