COUPLE OF TIPSY EASY CHICKS

- 2 Cornish hens shopping list
- 2 TABLESPOONS rum shopping list
- 1/8 CUP lime juice shopping list
- 2 TABLESPOONS honey shopping list
- 2 TEASPOON salt shopping list
- 1/2 TEASPOON pepper shopping list
- 1/8 TEASPOON ground coriander shopping list
- 1/8 TEASPOON cayenne pepper shopping list
- 1/2 TEASPOON garlic powder shopping list
- 1 TABLESPOON butter, SOFTENED shopping list
How to make it
- WASH YOUR HENS AND DRY WITH PAPER TOWEL
- MIX TOGETHER ALL OTHER INGREDIENTS EXCEPT BUTTER
- POUR INTO LARGE ZIP LOCK BAG
- PUT THE HENS IN BAG
- MARINATE HENS FOR A COUPLE OF HOURS
- TURNING THE BAG ONCE OR TWICE
- PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES
- REMOVE HENS FROM BAG AND PLACE IN BAKING DISH
- POUR MARINADE OVER HENS
- RUB YOUR HENS ALL OVER WITH BUTTER
- ROAST YOUR HENS FOR 1 HOUR AND 15 MINUTES
- LET YOUR HENS REST COVERED WITH FOIL FOR TEN MINUTES
- EAT YOUR HENS
