How to make it

  • Blend cream cheese and milk until mixed.
  • Add beaten eggs, lemon juice, salt, nutmeg and chopped parsley then mix well.
  • Stir in broccoli and pour into buttered loan pan and bake at 325 for 1 hour.
  • Remove loaf onto serving plate then cut into slices to serve.

    Cathy: This is absolutely delicious. It is one of the easiest recipes and yet comes out like a souffle. This would also be great using cauliflower. As a hint: The dish is finished when the internal temp reaches 180*. I ran a knife around the outside and inverted it to a platter. Came out perfect.
