How to make it

  • Crush one bag of potato chips and put into a shallow bowl. Crush as fine as desired.
  • Whisk together egg and milk in a different shallow bowl.
  • Dip the chicken cubes in the egg mixture then in the chips.
  • Place the nuggets on a baking sheet the drizzle with butter.
  • Bake at 400° for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Nuggets can be frozen after baking
  • Serve with honey mustard sauce, ranch dressing or barbecue sauce.
  • Combine all ingredients together in a medium sized bowl.
  • Stir well and chill until ready to serve.
  • Makes 40-50 nuggets

    The kids loved beating the bag of potato chips against the counter lol, and they loved the end results! My husband and I used the delicious honey mustard sauce but the kiddos used BBQ. More in the IMI link on Frankies review...

    How can you go wrong with chicken coated with potato chips and butter poured on top! These were great. I had plain ol' chips so I added some black pepper and garlic powder. I absolutely loved the dipping sauce! Delicious! I added a picture and a thread in IMI 7/6/13
