Chicken Nuggets With Honey Mustard Dipping Sauce
I found these using "potato chips" and "chicken" in the ingredient search. I used three chicken breasts and coated the pan with foil so I could do a lazy clean-up. Cut the sauce ingredients in thirds. Did you know there are three teaspoons in a tablespoon? :)
I wish you could see the true color of that dipping sauce. A beautiful light golden yellow. Would make terrific curtains. Tastes fabulous, too.
    More details on the recipe.

I LOVE where this potato chip trail is leading us :)
Potato chip coated chicken has my name written all over it although I must admit I'm not a big honey mustard fan. Neat that it calls for "Peppercorn ranch" potato chips. Don't think I've ever actually seen that flavour. I bet a Chipolte Mayo sauce would do quite nicely as an alternate sauce. Bookmarked to try. You've started an addictive craze Frankieanne! :)

Another great idea! Frankie:) I bookmarked this one as well to try. My HB is going to love me even more for having chips his around:) I suppose this could also be tagged as gluten free as well? It might help some people out. Plus it is a nice to have something different for a change.

Wow that looks good! Did you use any of the hot pepper sauce in the sauce? That's an interesting ingredient in honey mustard sauce...

No, I didn't use any hot pepper sauce, ml2c. Its a great sauce. It made me think of trying to use it as a cole slaw dressing.

Glad you brought these to my attention Frankie, they were so good! I too didn't have ranch pepper chips so I just used black pepper chips and added some garlic powder as well. I cooked these on a cooking rack. These baked up nice and crispy and we loved the sauce! Added my pic :)

That's a good idea about the rack! That sauce is so good. Your picture caught that lovely yellow color better than mine. :)
