Outside In Burgers

- 1lb ground beef - seasoned with minced onion and a little salt & pepper shopping list
- 4 hamburger buns shopping list
- Shredded Cheddar Jack cheese shopping list
- bacon - cooked to crumbly crispness shopping list
- jalapeno pepper sliced shopping list
- Desired toppings; ketchup, mustard, relish, mayo, tomato (diced) - whatever you like! shopping list
How to make it
- Split the ground beef into 8 equal portions - flattening each portion out to a very thin patty.
- Layer cheese, bacon and pepper or any other desired toppings on burger patty.
- Top with second patty - seal edges carefully and completely.
- Use desired cooking method - approx. 2-5 min each side - I used a pan on the stovetop.
- Serve on toasted bun with a side of tater tots or crispy french fries.
- Enjoy!!
