Ingredients

How to make it

  • Split the ground beef into 8 equal portions - flattening each portion out to a very thin patty.
  • Layer cheese, bacon and pepper or any other desired toppings on burger patty.
  • Top with second patty - seal edges carefully and completely.
  • Use desired cooking method - approx. 2-5 min each side - I used a pan on the stovetop.
  • Serve on toasted bun with a side of tater tots or crispy french fries.
  • Enjoy!!
