How to make it

  • Sprinkle salmon lightly with garlic powder.
  • Broil fish fillets on broiler pan 4 to 6 minutes per half inch thickness. Flip once if over 1 inch thick.
  • Mix together all other ingredients in small sauce pan and cook over low heat until well blended. DO NOT BOIL.
  • Add a little more milk to thin it out more if you wish.
  • Serve salmon with sauce poured over it.

    I'll try it on something other than salmon, since you know how I feel about salmon...it's ok smoked, but that's the only way I can eat it. How about on dad's walleye...maybe not!
