Dijon Salmon

- 2 eight oz salmon fillets shopping list
- garlic powder, divided shopping list
- 1/2 cup sour cream shopping list
- 1/4 cup milk shopping list
- 4 tsp snipped chives shopping list
- 2 tpsp Dijon mustard shopping list
- dash garlic shopping list
How to make it
- Sprinkle salmon lightly with garlic powder.
- Broil fish fillets on broiler pan 4 to 6 minutes per half inch thickness. Flip once if over 1 inch thick.
- Mix together all other ingredients in small sauce pan and cook over low heat until well blended. DO NOT BOIL.
- Add a little more milk to thin it out more if you wish.
- Serve salmon with sauce poured over it.
