Incredible Broiled Scallops

- 1# large sea scallops, well rinsed and dried off shopping list
- 3/4 cup mayonaise shopping list
- 2 Tbl grated fresh ginger shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups finely grated parmesan reggiano shopping list
- Optional: Freshly grated black pepper or cayenne pepper to taste. shopping list
How to make it
- Mix mayo, ginger, and parmesan until thick mixture forms.
- Add pepper if using.
- Place scallops on foil lined baking pan.
- Top each scallop with a dollop of mayo mixture, using all.
- Broil until mayo is browned and scallops are still translucent.
- About 7-8 minutes.
