Ingredients

How to make it

  • Mix mayo, ginger, and parmesan until thick mixture forms.
  • Add pepper if using.
  • Place scallops on foil lined baking pan.
  • Top each scallop with a dollop of mayo mixture, using all.
  • Broil until mayo is browned and scallops are still translucent.
  • About 7-8 minutes.
