Rosemary Popcorn Recipe

	Vergence / All my dishes 2 years, 5 months ago A light fun recipe that I use to entertain. I use Yoder tiny tender popcorn or Black Jewel but you can substitute any kint. As long as you stay away from generic styrofoamy yellow popcorn you're cool. Prep:6m Cook:6m Servings:2	Vergence

Ingredients

1 Handful White or Black Kernel Gourmet Popcorn (small kernels )

1 Sprig Rosemary

Olive oil (enough to cover bottom of pan)

Sea salt

Directions

put the oil in the pan and add rosemary

heat until the oil simmers for 5 minutes, to infuse the oil.

Optionally remove the fried rosemary sprig.

Cook on the stove as per regular popcorn

Toss with sea salt (to taste) in a bowl and serve
