Cheesy Olive Loaf

- 1 loaf of French bread, cut it in half lengthwise shopping list
- 2 cups of mozzerella cheese shopping list
- 2 Tbsp. green olives, chopped shopping list
- 3 Tbsp. mayo (don't use Miracle Whip) shopping list
- 1 Tsp. garlic powder shopping list
- couple shakes of onion salt shopping list
How to make it
- Set oven to broil.
- Mix all ingredients together except for the bread.
- Spread mixture evenly onto bread.
- Broil 8 inches from heat until cheese melts.
- Cut into about 1 inch strips and serve.
- **I have used Foccachia bread and added minced garlic. It's all up to you. ** I think we make it a little different every time.

this sounds great! i think i will add in way more than 2 tbsp of olives though because i love them. (probably use a whole jar... LOL) a mix of black and green olives would be nice too. :)

OMG...I love the sound of this one! Can't wait to try. And, cream cheese is really really good with olives...might try it with some cc added in! Great post, thanks for sharing.
