Frosty Strawberry Lemonade Bars

I got this recipe from Tastefully Simple's So Simple magazine (May/June 07), and I made it for a summer potluck. It is DELICIOUS, and it really hits the spot on a hot day.
Ingredients
- 1 quart strawberries, hulled shopping list
- 1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream, softened shopping list
- 1 can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed shopping list
- 2 tsp. lemon zest shopping list
How to make it
- Place softened ice cream in a large bowl.
- Puree strawberries in a food processor.
- Add strawberries, lemonade, and zest to the bowl of ice cream.
- Mix untl well blended.
- Pour into a 9x13x2 pan and freeze overnight.
- Thaw 15 minutes before serving.
