Frosty Strawberry Lemonade Bars Recipe

Ingredients

1 quart strawberries, hulled

1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream, softened

1 can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed

2 tsp. lemon zest

Directions

Place softened ice cream in a large bowl.

Puree strawberries in a food processor.

Add strawberries, lemonade, and zest to the bowl of ice cream.

Mix untl well blended.

Pour into a 9x13x2 pan and freeze overnight.

Thaw 15 minutes before serving.

I just served this at a potluck today with a dollop of Cool Whip on top and it was DELICIOUS. But the other variation I was thinking would be great would be to make a float out of it with 7-up or the like. It would be VERY refreshing on a hot day.
