Perogie Casserole Recipe
A delicious twist to perogies that is delicious and so easy to prepare. Can be either your main course or a side dish.

Ingredients
  • 16 -20 perogies
  • 1 large onion chopped
  • 1 red or green pepper, diced
  • Mushrooms, chopped
  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 can of mushroom soup
  • 1/4 cup grated cheese (I put in more)
  • 1/2 cup ham chopped

Directions
  1. Drop frozen perogies in boiling water and remove once they surface to the top.
  2. Saute onions, peppers, and mushrooms in butter or margarine.
  3. Blend soup and milk and add to the sauteed mixture.
  4. Place perogies in a buttered cassrole dish.
  5. Sprinkle with ham
  6. Pour sauteed mixture over perogies
  7. Top with cheese
  8. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
