Perogie Casserole

- 16 -20 perogies shopping list
- 1 large onion chopped shopping list
- 1 red or green pepper, diced shopping list
- mushrooms, chopped shopping list
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup milk shopping list
- 1 can of mushroom soup shopping list
- 1/4 cup grated cheese (I put in more) shopping list
- 1/2 cup ham chopped shopping list
How to make it
- Drop frozen perogies in boiling water and remove once they surface to the top.
- Saute onions, peppers, and mushrooms in butter or margarine.
- Blend soup and milk and add to the sauteed mixture.
- Place perogies in a buttered cassrole dish.
- Sprinkle with ham
- Pour sauteed mixture over perogies
- Top with cheese
- Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
