How to make it

  • Combine ingredients for mango salsa; then combine ingredients for lime sauce.
  • Prepare beer batter.
  • Chop fish into small taco sized pieces
  • Heat canola oil over med heat in deep skillet.
  • Dip fish in batter and deep fry until golden brown, turning once. Drain on paper towels.
  • Heat tortillas in skillet. Serve with shredded cabbage and enjoy!
