Wonderful Fiesta Pie

Delicious and fun meal
Ingredients
- YUMMY FIESTA PIE shopping list
- 1 onion; chopped shopping list
- 1/2 cup chopped bell pepper shopping list
- 1 clove garlic; chopped shopping list
- 1 teaspoon oil shopping list
- 1/2 pound ground beef shopping list
- 1 cup corn shopping list
- 1 tablespoon chili powder shopping list
- 1 cup shredded cheese shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 1 cup milk shopping list
- 2/3 cup basic baking mix shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
How to make it
- Saute onion, pepper and garlic in oil.
- Brown ground beef (drain well!) and add vegetables.
- Stir in corn and chili powder. Stir in cheese. Put into a casserole.
- Combine eggs, milk, baking mix and salt in a blender.
- Pour over mixture in casserole.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
