I found this recipe when I was looking for another recipe... I easily get side tracted...I'm looking for a cake recipe..!!! this looked and sounded good..so I thought I would post it. this recipe is from Diamond Nuts

Ingredients
  • 2 packages (3 Ounces each) cream cheese with chives.
  • 1 ½ teaspoons prepared horseradish
  • ½ cup finely diced Diamond Walnuts
  • 1 cup finely minced pastrami

Directions
  1. Cream cheese with horseradish; stir in chopped walnut.
  2. Shape into 24 small balls and roll each in the minced meat.
  3. Chill.
  4. Serve impaled on toothpicks.
  5. Makes 24 fireballs.
