Ingredients

How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350
  • Lightly grease a 12 cup muffin tin
  • In a large bowl combine flour, cornmeal, ranch, baking powder, baking soda, and salt - set aside
  • In a medium bowl combine eggs, sourcream, and melted butter
  • Stir in corn, chiles, peppers and cheese
  • Add wet ingredients to the dry, and stir until just combined - do not overmix
  • Fill muffin cups 3/4 full and bake until toothpick stuck in middle comes out clean
