Romantic Ricotta Pear Chocolate Dessert for Two With Strawberry Wine

How to make it
- -------------
- 1 or 2 sheets of puff pastry depending how many pouches you wish to make: thaw
- while that is thawing poach pears in 1 tsp sugar and strawberry wine until reduced
- We are going to make a package
- put ricotta cheese in bowl add some sugar(to your taste), chopped cirton,snd chocolate bits and gently mix
- place on pastry sheet to one side and roll, tucking in ends
- Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes at 325 on a cookie sheet
- ------------
- Stem and chop strawberries, put in pot on stove with sugar and 2 drops almond flavoring and a tad of wine
- stir and reduce until a thick syrup

- whip cream
- add a drop of strawberry flavoring

- chop walnuts or put in glad bag and pound
- -----------
- remove puff from oven when it is lightly 'toasted'
- allow to cool 5 minutes
- place rosy pear halves on top
- pour syrup over finished pastry
- top with cream and chopped nuts

- serve warm spinked with confectioner's sugar
- Wine must be tasted before use and then chilled to serve with this dessert
