Sylvias Fresh Cranberry Salsa

This recipe came from my friend Sylvia. She's a terrific cook and said I could post it so here you go. This will be great as an appetizer with the holiday parties coming up soon!
Ingredients
- 1 - 12 oz bag fresh cranberries shopping list
- 1 bunch cilantro, chopped shopping list
- 1 bunch green onions, cut into 3 inch lengths shopping list
- 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced shopping list
- 2 limes, juiced shopping list
- 3/4 cup white sugar shopping list
- 1 pinch salt shopping list
How to make it
- Combine cranberries, cilantro, green onions, jalapeno pepper, lime juice, sugar, and salt in the bowl of a food processor fitted with a medium blade.
- Chop to medium consistency.
- Refrigerate if not using immediately.
- Serve at room temperature over a block of cream cheese with your favorite crackers.
