How to make it

  • Here's where it is up to you how you want to cook your broccoli to slightly firm:
  • I was in a hurry, so I covered and microwaved a few minutes just to get it started, you can boil for a few minutes though if you like instead
  • Arrange broccoli florets in a casserole dish to fit the amount you use
  • In bowl, mix shredded cheese, sour cream, milk, dijon, and salt and pepper together
  • Pour/spread over partially-cooked broccoli
  • Sprinkle with paprika
  • Bake uncovered at 350* F for approximately 20 minutes or until cheese is bubbly
  • Enjoy!
