Broccoli Gone Cheesy

- broccoli florets (I topped off two large spears) shopping list
- 1 cup shredded cheddar or cheddar blend shopping list
- 1/2 cup sour cream (I used light) shopping list
- 1 Tbls Dijon mustard shopping list
- 1/4 cup milk (or if you're not worried about the fat, use half 'n' half) shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
- paprika shopping list
How to make it
- Here's where it is up to you how you want to cook your broccoli to slightly firm:
- I was in a hurry, so I covered and microwaved a few minutes just to get it started, you can boil for a few minutes though if you like instead
- Arrange broccoli florets in a casserole dish to fit the amount you use
- In bowl, mix shredded cheese, sour cream, milk, dijon, and salt and pepper together
- Pour/spread over partially-cooked broccoli
- Sprinkle with paprika
- Bake uncovered at 350* F for approximately 20 minutes or until cheese is bubbly
- Enjoy!
