Broccoli Gone Cheesy Recipe

Ingredients

Broccoli florets (I topped off two large spears)

1 cup shredded cheddar or cheddar blend

1/2 cup sour cream (I used light)

1 Tbls dijon mustard

1/4 cup milk (or if you're not worried about the fat, use half 'n' half)

Salt and pepper to taste

Paprika

Directions

Here's where it is up to you how you want to cook your broccoli to slightly firm:

I was in a hurry, so I covered and microwaved a few minutes just to get it started, you can boil for a few minutes though if you like instead

Arrange broccoli florets in a casserole dish to fit the amount you use

In bowl, mix shredded cheese, sour cream, milk, dijon, and salt and pepper together

Pour/spread over partially-cooked broccoli

Sprinkle with paprika

Bake uncovered at 350* F for approximately 20 minutes or until cheese is bubbly
