How to make it

  • Cream together chopped up chives and gorgonzola
  • Slice figs in half put about 1 tsp of the cheese mixture on top of the fig.
  • Wrap together with a thin slice prosciutto.
  • Serve Cold
  • Tip: Put your prosciutto in the freezer for a little bit so it gets nice and cold. It makes it easier to slice.

    This is delicious nothing like fresh figs off the tree then turning them into exotic treats for your guest. Imagine only four ingredients creating such a mouth watering recipe.
