Fig with Gorgonzola

How to make it
- Cream together chopped up chives and gorgonzola
- Slice figs in half put about 1 tsp of the cheese mixture on top of the fig.
- Wrap together with a thin slice prosciutto.
- Serve Cold
- Tip: Put your prosciutto in the freezer for a little bit so it gets nice and cold. It makes it easier to slice.
