Being from the Philadelphia area I know what a good cheesesteak tastes like. This is a twist on my favorite steak - wiz with. I got this idea from local restaurant and made my way.

I was just looking for a copycat of Dave and Buster's Philly Cheesesteak egg rolls. Couldn't find one anywhere so I will give yours a try. Thank you. :)

My son loves Dave & Buster's Philly Steak Rolls and asked me to try and find a recipe. We made this last night and he said it was even better than D&B's! Really quite easy. I roasted a small top round roast beef, shaved it and sauteed it w/ onions, salt, and pepper. Filled the eggroll wrappers w/ meat mixture and Cheese Wiz and deep fried them. Served plain,w/ horseradish sauce and wasabi mustard. They were delicious!
