This is a good mixture to give away at Christmas time for holiday gifts or as a hostess gift.... A very delicious combination...
Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons dried marjoram shopping list
- 3 tablespoons dried summer savory shopping list
- 3 tablespoons dried thyme shopping list
- 1 tablespoon dried sweet basil shopping list
- 1 1/2 teaspoons dried rosemary shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed sage shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon fennel seeds shopping list
- 3 to 4 pinches lavender shopping list
How to make it
- Combine, mix well. and store in an air tight container.
- Yield 1 ounce.
- To creat an outstanding herb cheese, combine 8 ounces each of cream and feta cheeses in a food processor, along with a little pressed garlic, a tablespoon or so of cream, freshly ground pepper, and this seasoning mix (a tablespoon at least)
