How to make it

  • Combine, mix well. and store in an air tight container.
  • Yield 1 ounce.
  • To creat an outstanding herb cheese, combine 8 ounces each of cream and feta cheeses in a food processor, along with a little pressed garlic, a tablespoon or so of cream, freshly ground pepper, and this seasoning mix (a tablespoon at least)

    Thanks for the post! Now I can make it as I need it - I don't use this terribly often, so when I buy it mixed it tends to get a little stale on me before it's all gone. Perfect solution!
