Spiced Hopi Squash Latte

- ¼ CUP Hopi squash puree shopping list
- 4 tablespoons of organic turbinado sugar shopping list
- 2 cups of soy milk shopping list
- 1 cup of hot espresso shopping list
- 3 tablespoon of vanilla extract shopping list
- 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon shopping list
- Teaspoon of ground cloves. shopping list
- ½ teaspoon of ground allspice shopping list
- ½ teaspoon of ground nutmeg. shopping list
How to make it
- In a small sauce pan ad the sugar and the spices and mix
- Add the Soy milk and heat gradually on medium high heat stirring with a whisk until it boils and begins to foam.
- Add the hot espresso and whisk.
- T serve pour some in a mug leaving an inch of space.
- With a spoon add some foam.
- If you like add a sprinkle of extra cinnamon
- Enjoy!
