Spicey Thai Noodles

- 1 (7 oz.) package Nasoya noodles cooked according to package directions and set aside. shopping list
- 2 Tbs. garlic, finely minced shopping list
- 2 Tbs. ginger, finely minced shopping list
- 1/2 cup finely minced onion shopping list
- 2 tsp. packed brown sugar shopping list
- 1/2 cup finely grated carrots shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups coarsely chopped napa cabbage shopping list
- 2 Tbs. spicey Thai chili sauce shopping list
- 2 Tbs. soy sauce shopping list
- 3 Tbs. peanut or vegetable oil shopping list
How to make it
- Heat oil in a wok or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add garlic and stir-fry for 1 minute.
- Add ginger, onion and brown sugar and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes; until onion is soft.
- Add carrots and cabbage and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes; until crisp tender.
- Add well drained noodles and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
- Add soy sauce and chili sauce and stir-fry until mixture is heated throughout and fragrant.
- Serve immediately. May be garnished with some chopped cilantro.
- **This is great with some Satay Chicken and Peanut Sauce**
