These noodles are a delicious combination of spicey with a touch of sweet. Classic Thai flavor combo. They're also very versitile as to what veggies you can use even adding meat if you like. Yummy!

Hi Peggy, firstly thanks for your invite to be cooking friends. Secondly, apologies for giving this a rating of 1, I was trying to give it a 5, but fumbled. Thai is one of my all time favourites, have been to Thailand twice and I spent four weeks eating. Will be giving this a try for definite. Like yourself I joined just over 2 months ago, so am still trying to find my feet, but everyone has been wonderfully friendly and so helpful. Looking forward to sharing ideas with you, regards and God Bless, Edel (bismyno1) 5+++

Hello again! I cooked these last night for dinner and I must say, despite the massive substitutions (jarred ginger for real ginger, chow mien noodles for nasoya noodles and bok choy for napa cabbage...i just can't get those things at the store), it was absolutley devine! I also cooked up some chicken in peanut satay sauce (yes, i can get peanut satay sauce, but not cabbage?). It really brings out the fragrance and the flavour.
I urge all of you to try this recipe! SO GOOD!
Truly yours, ~DarkSide
