How to make it

  • Beat together 2 whole eggs and egg yolks.
  • Stir in flour,honey,cinnamon and peaches.
  • Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into the batter.
  • Melt butter in a medium hot skillet and drop batter by tablespoonfuls .
  • Cook to a golden brown on both sides.
  • Serve warm with butter and cinnamon.
