Ingredients
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 2 egg yolks shopping list
- 4 Tablespoons whole wheat flour shopping list
- 2 Tablespoons honey shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoons cinnamon shopping list
- 2 Ripe fresh peaches,peeled and chopped coarsely shopping list
- 3 egg whites shopping list
- butter and cinnamon shopping list
How to make it
- Beat together 2 whole eggs and egg yolks.
- Stir in flour,honey,cinnamon and peaches.
- Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into the batter.
- Melt butter in a medium hot skillet and drop batter by tablespoonfuls .
- Cook to a golden brown on both sides.
- Serve warm with butter and cinnamon.
