Froggy Eggs

This decoration will be perfect for a tray of assorted vegetables and meats. You could even "grow" small egg water lilies near the frogs.
Ingredients
- Hard boiled egg shopping list
- firm fresh tomato shopping list
- 2 green peas shopping list
- 1 green onion or cucumber peel shopping list
How to make it
- Cut the green onion so that it opens flat and is foot-like; you can also do this with a piece of cucumber peel.
- Cut a piece of the tomato meat - skinned - to make a forked tongue for the frog.
- Cut off a small piece of the bottom of the egg, so it will stand up without toppling over.
- Cut a wedge into the side of the egg, near the top, deeply enough so the yolk can be seen in the wedge.
- Place the tomato tongue into the wedge cut.
- Gouge out two little holes above the wedge, each large enough to hold a pea, for the eyes.
- Stand the frog on the salad plate, next to the greens.
