- 1 each yellow and one red sweet bell pepper shopping list
- 1/4 green sweet bell pepper shopping list
- 1 medium sized white onion shopping list
- 12 to 15 pieces asparagus, tips intact shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups celery shopping list
- 3 tbsp olive oil shopping list
- 1 tbsp butter shopping list

How to make it
- Combine in frying pan:
- the butter and olive oil
- the peppers, semi-finely chopped
- the onion, coarsely chopped
- the celery, chopped into small 'sticks'
- Stir-fry until the vegetables are tender and serve alongside the Wellington, with dinner rolls.
