Egg Plant Casserole

- 1 lb. lean ground beef shopping list
- 1 chopped onion shopping list
- 1 medium size egg plant shopping list
- 1/2 c. grated Parmasan cheese shopping list
- 8 oz. can of tomato sauce shopping list
- 1 teasp. salt shopping list
- 1/4 teas. garlic salt shopping list
- slices of mozzarella cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Saute 1 pound lean ground beef, 1 chopped onion and 1 medium size egg plant.
- When onion is transparent, drain off fat.
- Add 1/2 cup grated Parmasean cheese, 8 ounce can of tomato sauce, 1 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt.
- Mix thoroughly and pour into casserole.
- Top with slices of Mozzarella cheese and bake 1 hour at 325 degrees.
