Creamy Italian Chicken Recipe

How to make it

  • Put chicken in crockpot on low.
  • Combine dressing mix and water and pour over chicken.
  • Cover and cook 3 hours.
  • Mix cream cheese, soup, mushroom pieces and pour over chicken.
  • Cook at least 3 more hours...the longer the BETTER!!
  • Serve over cooked rice.

    Thanks so much for this recipe. It looks so good! Sundays are my traditional crock pot cooking days (especially during football season!). This will be this Sunday's dinner!

    This sounds so good, I have hardly ever used a "Crock Pot" (here we call them slow cookers) but I have one that use to be my mothers, and I am going to get it out of storage as there seems to be quite a few good recipes for them.

    Well....I made this for dinner tonight and it was a huge hit! I used reduced fat/non-fat ingredients and served over whole wheat noodles. The hubby and all the kids loved it. Thanks so much for a great recipe!

    Thank you for sharing this one, it looks yummy. I am just learning how really cool a crockpot is, the whole put dinner on in the morning freeing up the rest of the day, who knew.
