Ingredients
  • Whole chicken cut in 4 halves
  • 2 tbsp Garlic paste
  • 2 tbsp Ginger paste
  • 3 tbsp Coriander paste
  • 1/4 tsp Cumin seed paste
  • 4 tbsp of lemon jiuce
  • 1 tbsp of Green Chilly paste
  • Salt to taste
  • Few garnules of Sugar
  • 1/4 tsp of Garam Masala
  • Aluminium Foil

Directions
  1. Marination-
  2. Mix all the ingreadients with the lemon juice
  3. Marinate the chicken with all the ingredients overnight is good idea.
  4. Preparation-
  5. Wrap the marinated chicken in the Aluminium Foil
  6. Put it to barbecue for 10 minutes each side
  7. Grill high flame
  8. Serve hot with Cold Beer,
  9. Serve it hot with Butter Naans
  10. Or Garlic Bread

Oh boy, Chandrima, this chicken sounds so good. I certainly have to try it. Can you buy all those pastes in a store that sells Indian foods? If not, it would be so nice if you could post the directions on how to make all of them. It's certainly a high 5 from me
