How to make it

  • Mix all ingredients together by HAND>>>
  • pour into a greased baking pan (a 9X13 should do)
  • bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until the toothpick comes out clean.

    Dec 3/15 Family loved this cake. A couple of quick notes on this recipe. What I had done was in the bowl mix the dry ingredients together and in my measuring cup mixed the wet ingredients. After I combined the wet and dry added the bananas which I had sliced and the apple and mix together. Was a thick batter which I scrapped into the pan. I baked it in the 9x13 pan. Once cake was cooled cut the cake in half and turned it into a double layer cake. I used a simple butter/cream cheese frosting using a little vanilla and banana extract. Will be making again as the cake was moist and full of great flavours.

    My daughter has a walnut allergy..not that she would eat this having actual nutritional value and all but I don't keep them in the house...
