Ingredients

2 eggs

2 cups flour

1 cup sugar

1 stick margerine

2 or three over ripe bannanas

1 tsp baking powder

1 tsp baking soda

2 or three apples peeled and chopped

1/2 cup milk

walnuts optional - I have never used them...

Directions

Mix all ingredients together by HAND>>>

pour into a greased baking pan (a 9X13 should do)

bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until the toothpick comes out clean.
