Kickin Kitchen Sink Stir Fry

- 2 large boneless skinless chicken breasts - cut into thin strips, then bite size pieces shopping list
- garlic pepper shopping list
- seasoned salt shopping list
- Durkee's Citrus Grill seasoning **** I have had a hard time finding this lately, just google, and it's now called Tone's Citrus Grill seasoning. Same manufacturer, recipe, etc. shopping list
- EVOO shopping list
- 1 red pepper, cut into thin strips, then cut in half shopping list
- 1 white onion, cut into strips shopping list
- 2 handsful baby carrots shopping list
- 2 handsful brocoli florets shopping list
- 1/2 tub fresh mushrooms, sliced shopping list
- 1 small can water chestnuts, drained shopping list
- 1 yellow squash, sliced shopping list
- 1 zuchini,sliced shopping list
- 1/2 tub grape tomatoes shopping list
- 3 T Kikoman's Stir Fry Sauce shopping list
- 1 T worcestershire shopping list
- 3 T chopped garlic shopping list
- 1/2 t dry mustard shopping list
- zest and juice from half a lemon shopping list
- parmesan cheese shopping list
- brown rice shopping list
How to make it
- Cut chicken and season pieces with seasoned salt, garlic pepper, and citrus grill
- Drizzle nonstick skillet or Wok with EVOO
- Saute chicken until pink color disappears
- Mix together stirfy sauce and following ingredients up to parmesan
- Add veggies to large mixing bowl and toss with sauce mixture
- Using a large slotted spoon, add veggies to pan (I don't pour in, as the veggies produce water as cooked, and I don't want the extra liquid in there)
- Saute until veggies are cooked but still firm
- Serve over brown rice and garnish with parmesan cheese
