Ingredients

How to make it

  • Cut chicken and season pieces with seasoned salt, garlic pepper, and citrus grill
  • Drizzle nonstick skillet or Wok with EVOO
  • Saute chicken until pink color disappears
  • Mix together stirfy sauce and following ingredients up to parmesan
  • Add veggies to large mixing bowl and toss with sauce mixture
  • Using a large slotted spoon, add veggies to pan (I don't pour in, as the veggies produce water as cooked, and I don't want the extra liquid in there)
  • Saute until veggies are cooked but still firm
  • Serve over brown rice and garnish with parmesan cheese
