Ingredients
  • 2 cups fresh sliced peaches
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter softened
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 egg whites
  • 3/4 cup baking mix
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 375 then grease a square pan.
  2. Place peaches in pan and sprinkle with lemon juice then sugar and set aside.
  3. Mix remaining ingredients until well blended in medium bowl then pour over peaches.
  4. Bake 45 minutes until edges are light golden brown and toothpick comes out clean.
