Thanksgiving Blueberry Salad

Simple fruit type salad very yummy............ prep time doesnt include chill time .................. courtesy happy holidays
Ingredients
- 2 -( 3 - ounce pkg) raspberry jello shopping list
- 2- cups boiling water shopping list
- 1 ( 15 ounce) can blueberries shopping list
- 1 ( 8ounce) can crushed pineapple shopping list
- 8 - ounces cream cheese.softened shopping list
- 1- cup sour cream shopping list
- 1/2- cup sugar shopping list
- 1/2- cup chopped pecans shopping list
How to make it
- Dissolve jello in boiling water in a bowl....
- stir in undrained blueberries and pineapple...........
- pour into 8x8 inch dish
- chill for 4 to 5 hours or until set
- beat cream cheese with the sour cream and sugar in bowl until smooth
- stir in pecans
- spread over congealed layer.
- chill one hour more
- cut into squares to serve
- yields 9 servings
