This is a recipe I actually concocted last July when I was asked to bring a large batch of potatoes to a July 4th party. I tinkered with it until I got the tastes just right and it was a hit. Have made a few times since then. Enjoy

This looks delicous, reminds me of my culture's food (russia) my dad does something similar just with less garlic and butter but like always say, butter and garlic are a dream team, 5 stars!

This looks great. i wonder if it would work in the slow cooker? living in belgium here means no real oven. :(
