How to make it

  • Grease and dust with floura 9 x 13 inch pan
  • Position shelf in lower third of oven and preheat to 350 degrees F.
  • Sift together flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon.
  • In large mixing bowl, cream peanut butter and butter
  • Slowly add the sugar beating until creamy
  • Add eggs one at a time beating well after each addition
  • Beat in vanilla
  • With mixer on low speed, add flour alternately with milk.
  • Start with flour, then end with flour
  • Turn batter into prepared pan
  • Bake 40 - 45 minutes or until cake tests done
  • Cool completely
  • When cool spread with your favorite peanut butter icing.....
  • Don't worry, I will post a recipe for the peanut butter icing later...
  • Sprinkle with the peanuts after frosting.
