pork chop casserole Recipe

How to make it

  • Salt pepper and flour porkchops brown in small amount of shortening
  • Place in casserole
  • Place 1 slice onion on each chop
  • Cover with soup
  • cover casserole
  • Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour
  • makes 6-8 servings
  • Pig out its delicous

    Very delicious and easy. The only thing I added was deglazing the pan I browned the chops in with milk and mixed with the soup......we know how that adds extra YUM......thanks for posting this great recipe!
