Ingredients
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Flour to coat chops
  • 6-8 pork chops
  • 2 onions sliced
  • 1 can cream mushroom soup {large}

Directions
  1. Salt pepper and flour porkchops brown in small amount of shortening
  2. Place in casserole
  3. Place 1 slice onion on each chop
  4. Cover with soup
  5. cover casserole
  6. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour
  7. makes 6-8 servings
  8. Pig out its delicous

I make something very similar but never put the onion on top - but will from this day forward. Great recipe and thanks for the post.
