Ingredients

How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Combine brown gravy, meat, bread crumbs, onion and egg in a bowl.
  • Mix together thoroughly.
  • Shape into a loaf.
  • Place on small cookie sheet and on a rack, if desired.
  • Bake for 1 hour.
  • Remove meatloaf from oven.
  • Drain fat from pan.
  • Spread mashed potatoes over meatloaf evenly.
  • Drizzle potatoes with 1 tablespoon melted butter.
  • Bake 20 minutes longer or until potatoes brown.
