dried fruits, nuts and grains with dried veggies. Used for backpacking on the trail.
Ingredients
- nuts any kind shopping list
- dry fruits any kind shopping list
- dry cereal any kind shopping list
- dried veg any kind shopping list
- dried grains like wheat, barley shopping list
How to make it
- Make up bags of each separately or combined.
- This is no complicated thing but it will keep you alive if you ever get lost.
- Pack as much of it as you can carry.
- Not really a recipe, but it's something you might consider making.
