Red Beans And Rice With Sausage Recipe

Ingredients

2 cans of red beans

1 can of cream of mushroom

1 can cream of chicken

2 onions chopped

2 bell pepper chopped

5 celery stalks chopped

2 cup okra

1 1/2 lg smoked sausage chopped

3 garlic minced

3 tbl creole seasonings

rice

Directions

chop sausage in 1/4 inch peices

brown in a skillet, add the veggies and saute till tender

put all in a 5 qt pot and add water, till just covering

cook 2 cups of rice

place rice in a bowl and a ladel of red beans/sausage

I enjoy Red Beans and Rice,but don't beleive that I have ever had it with okra,sounds mighty good and will probably use cut okra when I make it.
