red beans and rice with sausage

this is my version of red beans and rice
Ingredients
- 2 cans of red beans shopping list
- 1 can of cream of mushroom shopping list
- 1 can cream of chicken shopping list
- 2 onions chopped shopping list
- 2 bell pepper chopped shopping list
- 5 celery stalks chopped shopping list
- 2 cup okra shopping list
- 1 1/2 lg smoked sausage chopped shopping list
- 3 garlic minced shopping list
- 3 tbl creole seasonings shopping list
- rice shopping list
How to make it
- chop sausage in 1/4 inch peices
- brown in a skillet, add the veggies and saute till tender
- put all in a 5 qt pot and add water, till just covering
- cook 2 cups of rice
- place rice in a bowl and a ladel of red beans/sausage
