When I see the word BARBECUE it sucks me in like a black hole. This sounds great. I usually don't do crock pots ... but I'll break it out for this. Thanks.

This one will not disappoint and it will be worth digging out that crockpot, cabin. Thanks and enjoy!

OK, Lorraine, I'm back here to tell you that I made this the other day, and it was delicious! The coke gave it an interesting flavor. It was slightly spicy in the background, which made it even more enjoyable! After cooking it in a crock pot, there was a lot of juice/sauce left, so what I did, is I transferred it to a pan and reduced the sauce until it thickened. No need to waste any of that deliciousness! I added a picture for you and also added this to the "I made it" group, now that it's been oficially made! Thanks again for the great recipe!

I just took a look at the close-up...OMG! So Good!

Julia, I never even thought about reducing the juices in this dish. I'm so happy that you liked it after trying it! Thanks for your additions. I'm happy that there is now an "I made it" group. We at GR do have a tendency to "five" things without
trying them. Thank you again, Julia.
Lorraine

I hope you like it when you have tried it, lillian. Next time I make it I'll reduce the sauce as juels did. The flavor can only get better with the reduction! Enjoy!
