Hi Gem!
I've tried this type of fudge recipe and couldn't believe that something so easy could be so good. My favorite variation is to use lemon icing and vanilla chips and then to sprinkle the top with crushed lemon drops before the fudge sets. Mmmmmm. Yummy!

I have made many many variations of this also. Someone gave me the tip of adding a little salt and some vanilla to make it taste even more homemade, it really did make a difference. The lemon variation was one of my favorites also.

As if I didn't add enough inches to my waistline over Christmas, I had to stumble onto this recipe. It's just too good to miss out on, so I'll have to make it for New Year's Eve festivities. Hi-5 from me. Thanks for a great post.
