Ingredients

How to make it

  • Place cauliflower florets in a pot of water to cover & bring to boil. Simmer until totally and completely tender and soft. Drain well & transfer to mixer bowl.
  • Whip cauliflower with electric mixer; add butter and cheese. Continue to whip until light and fluffy; season with Jane's Crazy Salt and pepper.
  • NOTE: Only 55 calories per 1/2 cup serving. Best of all, they sure don't taste diet!
