How to make it

  • Over medium heat, saute onions and garlic until tender, them remove from heat.
  • In a bowl, combine eggs, bread crumbs, seasonings and cheese.
  • When cooled a little, add onions and garlic to the egg and cheese mixture and combine.
  • Gently mix in artichoke hearts.
  • Pour into a greased 7 x 10 baking pan and bake at 350 F for 30 minutes or until set.
  • Rest for 5 minutes, then cut into bite sized pieces (or larger for brunch) and serve.
