Ingredients

How to make it

  • Cut the meat and fat into cubes small enough to fit into the grinder.
  • Chill thoroughly.
  • Grind the meat once with the medium die.
  • Mix the salt, spices, nuts, and sun-dried tomatoes.
  • Add to the ground meat and mix thoroughly by hand.
  • Stuff into small hog casings.
  • Refrigerate or freeze until you want to use them.
  • Makes 6 pounds
