Can't wait to try this one. I'm bummed because I just ran out of my bottle of truffle oil, so until I can get some more I'm out of luck. I'm saving it for the future though!

I saw this recipe this morning on the food network. Now here it is again. I'm going to have to invest in a bottle of truffle oil. Is there a good brand? I've heard some have more truffle than others. I am saving this for payday. Sounds great. -Lori
