Mexican Style Beef And Rice

- 1 lb. Publix lean ground beef shopping list
- 1 cup Publix Long Drain rice shopping list
- 1 cups water shopping list
- 1 (16-oz.) jar Publix Mild All-natural chunky salsa shopping list
- 1 (15-oz.) can Publix black beans In seasoned Sauce (undrained) shopping list
- 1-1/2 cups Publix Four-cheese Mexican-Blend Shredded cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Place ground beef in a large sate pan and cook 7 minutes, stirring to crumble or until meat is browned and no pink remains.
- Drain ground beef and return to pan, stir in rice and water.
- Bring to a boil
- Reduce heat cover and cook on low for 10 minutes.
- Stir in salsa and beans, cover and cook 8 more minutes or until rice is tender.
- Sprinkle with cheese, cover and cook 3 more minutes or until cheese melts.
- Note: Publix is our store brand here it is just as good as the national brands and a lot less expensive to.

STORE BRANDS ARE US!!!!!!!!! Here in Tampa I find that my Albertson's store is cheaper than Publix and Winn-Dixie so buy everything that I can with store brands.
