Ingredients

1 cup of sugar

1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa

1/4 cup milk

1/4 cup butter

1/4 cup peanut butter

1 3/4 cup quick cooking oats

Directions

In medium sauce pan mix sugar and cocoa

Add milk and butter

Put over medium heat and bring to a boil

Immediatly remove from heat and stir in peanut butter and oats

Drop by teaspoonfuls onto foil lined sheet pan

let stand until firm and cold

store airtight

My husband LOVES these cookies - his mom's never been much into cooking or baking. On the opposite end was my family - I had never had these until high school when I had them at a friend's house. My mom's always done everything from scratch and the concept of a no-bake cookie was something I had never considered. Thanks for sharing a great recipe! - Natalie
